I use Exodus for a simple screening and RethinkDNS to block apps and DNS filtering on a non-rooted phone. The last one has a plenty of options, but at the moment it is not possible to add personal DNS filters (however it does’t lack of on webon-device blocklists and a ‘block this domain for all apps’ feature is coming soon).
