From Xbox sales most recent, here are eight fast game finishes

As always, we’ve provided you with links to each game’s achievement page and hub in our table below and dropped in a handy link to the Microsoft Store. We’ve also detailed this week’s easiest, cheapest, and highest-rated titles.

Crime Opera: The Butterfly Effect

Pillar

This week’s easier completion, as determined by TA ratios, is Crime Opera: The Butterfly Effect. The visual novel from none other than Ratalaika Games and Eastasiasoft can be completed in about two minutes, thanks to settings that allow you to skip pretty much all of the game’s dialogue. All of the game’s achievements are story-related, so you can’t miss them. Crime Opera: The Butterfly Effect has a community rating of 2.39/5 and is on sale at its lowest ever price of $6.99/£5.87/€6.99, which might be a little steep if you’re only in it for the Gamerscore.

Our cheapest game this week is Pillar, a puzzle game that takes between two and three hours to unlock all 10 of its achievements. As with most puzzle games, once solutions are found out and detailed, they become easy completions, and Pillar is no different. Half of the achievements are unlocked by playing through the story, and the remaining five don’t look all that difficult. We recommend following our Pillar walkthrough, written by TheOnlyMatto, which details what exactly you’ll need to do for each puzzle. Pillar is on sale for $1.59/£1.33/€1.59 and holds a community rating of 2.05/5.

Cosmic Top Secret

This week’s highest-rated game, according to you lot, is Cosmic Top Secret, which holds a community rating of 2.69/5. The rather odd-looking adventure game has 12 achievements, which can all be unlocked in under four hours. The achievement list doesn’t look too taxing, with most awarded for beating the game’s story. There is an achievement that requires you to find all the collectables, which could be a bit of a pain, but thankfully, we have an achievement guide for that one. Cosmic Top Secret is on sale for $6.49/£5.45/€6.49. You can view the full list of currently discounted games here. Will you be picking up any of these titles for a quick Gamerscore boost?
