SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — The New Mexico Condition Land Place of work is halting the apply of selling fresh new h2o from state trust lands for use in oil and fuel improvement. Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard detailed the change in coverage in a letter issued Tuesday. She sent the letter to companies that keep easements that grant access to trust land for pumping fresh water.
