Skywatchers in southern South The united states had been taken care of to a total solar eclipse on Monday (Dec. 14), and a climate satellite captured stunning views of the celebration from room. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) GOES-16 satellite viewed as the moon’s shadow danced across the Pacific Ocean, components of Chile and Argentina and the Atlantic Ocean for the duration of 2020’s only overall solar eclipse. NOAA shared an amazing video clip of the satellite imagery on Twitter soon soon after the eclipse.
