The transaction between Berry Management LLC and NS Retail Holdings LLC, which appears to be an affiliate of Netstreit, a real estate investment trust also based in Dallas, finalized Nov. 17, according to the Trumbull County Auditor’s Office.
Netstreit did not respond to an email seeking comment. According to its website, the firm specializes in acquiring single-tenant net lease retail properties across the U.S. Its portfolio consists of properties leased to e-commerce resistance tenants, the website states.
Sunbelt Rentals is part of Ashtead, an international equipment rental company with networks in the U.S, Canada and United Kingdom, according to its website. Sunbelt Rentals is the second-largest equipment rental company in North America with 885 stores in 46 states, the website states.
According to the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office, NS Retail Holdings LLC formed in December 2019.
BAZETTA — Four acres on Elm Road where Sunbelt Rentals is located has sold to a Dallas-based company for $2.3 million.
The property is at 2229 Elm Road, just north of the state Route 82 overpass.
The location in Bazetta is the only Sunbelt Rentals in Trumbull or Mahoning counties.
Berry Management acquired the property in August 2013 for $180,000, the auditor’s office shows.
