With Thanksgiving, GameStop announces an amazing store launch for the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles.

Unfortunately, it seems like many branches of the company aren’t participating. Meanwhile, it’s also unclear how many consoles each store has or, in other words, if it will be worth driving to the closet GameStop participating. And as you would expect, people are already camping out to ensure they get the few consoles there are.

The PlayStation Store Black Friday sale is here, with 419 discounts on a wide range of PS4 and PS5 games and their complimentary DLC content. Live now and until November 31, the Black Friday sale features not only dirt cheap games, but plenty of deals on 2021’s biggest and best games, including games up for several awards at The Game Awards next month, like Returnal, Far Cry 6, Deathloop, Resident Evil Village, It Takes Two, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Hitman 3.

That said, it’s important to keep in mind that these are limited-time deals. Everything below is accurate at the moment of publishing, but by the time you’re reading this, this may no longer be the case.

Below, you can check out all of the most notable deals, including a list of the 2021 games on sale. Each game below is hyperlinked with a link that will bring you straight to its respective PlayStation Store listing. In some cases, there are two prices listed for a game, and that’s because both the PS4 and PS5 versions are on sale at different prices. Meanwhile, there are also trailers for some of the games.

Story Highlights

  • This Thanksgiving, GameStop is holding an in-store refill of the PS5 and Xbox Series X, as well as the Nintendo Switch OLED. Between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., GameStop is offering PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo enthusiasts the opportunity to get their hands on hardware ahead of Black Friday. There isn’t an entire list of which stores are participating right now, but you can find out by entering your zip code or region into the search box right here.

  • What’s also not clear is whether or not the retailer is selling the all-digital $400 version of the PS5, which is $100 cheaper than the standard PS5. For this reduction in price, the disc drive has been removed. As you may know, this PS5 model has been far harder to buy than the standard PS5 due to less supply of it. In other words, we don’t anticipate the all-digital PS5 to be included in this restock.
